512Financial is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support clients across industries, maintaining accurate financials, analyzing budgets, and guiding informed decisions. You will work under a Senior Consultant, gaining exposure to diverse accounting functions while collaborating with top-tier professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Experience with ERP systems (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Software accounting experience a plus.
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated with independent and collaborative work style.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity.
• Forecast short-term cash needs.
• Enter monthly journal entries.
• Support third-party audits and reviews.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights.
• Partner with team members and clients to meet and exceed deadlines.
