512Financial is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support high-growth clients with accurate financials, budget analysis, and smart decision support. You will work under a Senior Consultant and gain exposure to diverse accounting functions across industries.

This fully remote role requires resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with clients and teammates to deliver timely, high-quality results. Rolling applications welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity
• Forecast short-term cash needs
• Enter monthly journal entries
• Support third-party audits and reviews
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights
• Partner with team members and clients to meet and exceed deadlines
