Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Organizational/analytical skills.
• Microsoft Excel familiarity.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in various ERPs a plus (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite).
• Software Accounting experience a plus.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Ability to multi-task, and prioritize “big ticket items”.
• Confidence, ambition, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and in team environment.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity
• Forecast short-term cash needs
• Enter monthly journal entries
• Support third-party audits and reviews
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights
• Partner with team members and clients to meet and exceed deadlines
