512Financial is seeking an Accounting Consultant to support clients across industries with accurate financials, budget analysis, and decision support. You will work under a Senior Consultant, gaining exposure to diverse accounting functions and industries.

This remote role lets you wear many hats, adapt quickly, and exceed client expectations while collaborating with top-tier financial professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Organizational and analytical skills required.
• Microsoft Excel familiarity.
• Ability to perform account reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity.
• Forecast short-term cash needs.
• Enter monthly journal entries.
• Support third-party audits and reviews.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights.
• Partner with team members and clients to meet deadlines.
