Accounts Operations Manager

Downtown Dallas | In-Office

A growing, fast-paced company is looking for a hands-on Accounting Operations Manager to join their accounting operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise full-cycle Accounts Payable operations across domestic and international entities.
• Manage vendor relationships, credit card programs, and employee expense reimbursements.
• Oversee payroll processing and partner with HR and external providers to ensure compliance.
• Implement process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support audits.
• Lead, develop, and manage a small operations team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting operations experience with a focus on AP management.
• Prior experience handling payroll (not necessarily recent).
• Experience with enterprise financial systems (Deltek VantagePoint a plus).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
