Job Description:

• Remote flexibility is available, but the candidate should be open to traveling for local events in Atlanta, GA.
• We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Events Operations Manager to lead the execution of new product launches in emerging or untapped markets.
• In this role, you will oversee end-to-end event logistics, adapt global event strategies to fit local demographics, and ensure the seamless delivery of brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational process for supporting large events across multiple markets.
• Manage weekly event review process for designated market.
• Identify highly attended, recurring and/or disruptive large events in markets, seeking trends and patterns of previous events.
• Collaborate across teams to develop mitigation strategies for events.
• Create detailed plans based on event type.
• Optimize event management process for scale.
• Manage retrospectives.
• Coordinate all event-related logistics including venue selection, signage, branding, shipping, and compliance with local regulations.
• Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and real-time issue resolution protocols during live events.
• Support regional teams with training, templates, and resources to ensure consistent and effective event execution.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including event run-of-show, project timelines, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

Experience:

• Experience in project or program management, ideally within operations, mobility, events, or field readiness environments.
• Experience managing operational programs involving fleet logistics, transportation systems, or mobility services, with a strong background in risk management and developing mitigation plans for large-scale or high-impact public events (e.g., protests, concerts, sporting events).
• Demonstrated ability to use data and event trends to inform decision-making, risk assessments, and strategic planning.
• Highly organized and decisive, with a track record of managing multiple time-sensitive projects in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across diverse teams and clearly documenting plans, timelines, and outcomes.
