Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, administration, operations, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.

• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions
• Review account coding, approvals, and resolve discrepancies
