Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, administration, operations, or related role.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.
• Review account coding, approvals, and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor, customer, and bank accounts.
• Assist with bookkeeping and month-end close processes.
• Provide operational and scheduling support as needed.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
• Assist with reporting, special projects, and office administration.
• Manage office supply ordering and general office support.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.
