Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health technology, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP, enter invoices in Sage Intacct, and maintain accurate GL coding. You will reconcile AP accounts, process expense reports, and support procurement workflows from a remote-first setup.

We are currently seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

• 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).
