Job summary

RethinkFirst, a market leader in behavioral and mental health technology, is seeking an AP Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. This remote-first role handles full-cycle accounts payable in Sage Intacct with precise GL coding.

You will reconcile AP-related GL accounts, process expense reports and corporate card transactions, and manage procurement tool workflows. 3–5 years of AP experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and incentives.

We are currently seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).
