Job summary

RethinkFirst seeks an accounts payable specialist to manage full-cycle AP, enter invoices in Sage Intacct, and code GL accounts accurately. This remote-first role supports our accounting team with expense reports, procurement workflow, and month-end close tasks.

You will ensure policy compliance, assist audits, and collaborate with teams nationwide. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AP experience, a bachelor's in accounting or finance, and advanced Excel skills to create pivots and lookups.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP function and enter invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for the procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.

We are currently seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
