Job summary

RethinkFirst in the United States is seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage full-cycle accounts payable, entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding, and reconcile related GL accounts.

This role supports month-end close, processes expense reports and corporate card transactions, and oversees the procurement tool workflow. We offer a remote-first, nationwide opportunity with strong benefits and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
