Job Description

Reconcile statements and issue payment to vendors. Maintain purchase orders, issuing purchase orders when necessary. Answer all vendor inquiries and more.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile statements and issue payment to vendors
• Maintain purchase orders, issuing purchase orders when necessary
• Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
• Stocking in cars, making lien payoffs, and monthly bank reconciliations
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates welcome — we provide training!
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and cash management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a team setting
• DMV or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable with answering phones and providing customer service
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
