Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement.
• Multi-entity or multi-location accounting experience preferred.
• Inventory accounting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reporting and consolidations across multiple entities/locations.
• Create and improve accounting SOPs and internal processes.
• Oversee inventory accounting, profitability reporting, and sales tax compliance.
• Monitor daily financial reporting and key business metrics.
• Support AP/AR oversight, benefits administration, and 401(k) management.
