Salary: $95,000 – $125,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including month‑end and year‑end close
• Lead consolidation of financial statements across multiple locations and business units
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a small team of accounting professionals
• Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
• Manage both internal and external audit processes
• Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operational leaders across locations

Qualifications for the Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong experience with consolidation accounting and multi‑location operations
• Public company experience strongly preferred
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven leadership style
• Excellent analytical, communication, and people management skillsProficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel
