Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience, including multi-entity work.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting processes.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or inventory-based environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
• Prepare financial statements and analyze variances to support decision-making
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal control initiatives
