Qualifications

• 5+ years of bank accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business with accounting/finance emphasis.
• Experience as Bank Controller or Bank Cashier preferred.
• Experience with Call Reporting required.
• Experience with Fiserv Premier and/or Prologue a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor general ledger activity, ensure proper account classification and policy adherence.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules.
• Support regulatory reporting and Call Reports with accurate data.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Help with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with auditors and management to improve processes.
