Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for the subsidiary.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and schedules.
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX controls.
• Lead the external audit process and coordinate documentation.
• Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting and SOX remediation.
