Job summary

• Experience with external audits, budgeting/forecasting, and internal controls required.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and filing of key reports.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial statements and disclosures.
• Develop and monitor internal controls over financial reporting.
• Provide variance analysis and financial planning support.
