Job summary

Level 10 Management LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions for our real estate and leasing operations. The role ensures GAAP compliance, accuracy, and timely financial reporting.

You will lead the accounting team, manage bank reconciliations, general ledger, and balance sheet preparation, and drive job costing and cost accounting to support budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and full cycle accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and balance sheets.
• Lead job costing and cost accounting activities for budgeting and forecasting.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights for decision making.
