Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review financial packages for accuracy before releasing to internal departments and external clients.
• Confirm debt, real estate taxes, sales taxes, and owner distributions payments.
• Assist with property and client transitions and external audits.
• Suggest consulting opportunities based on pricing platform knowledge.
• Audit monthly pricing worksheets and enter allocations into PeopleSoft.
• Review accounts receivable reports and resolve issues.
• Ensure client agreements are followed and pricing rules are correct.
• Review budgets and year-end recovery calculations for timeliness.
