Job summary

The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions within our real estate and rental leasing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of financial records, including bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and balance sheet preparation. The successful candidate will lead the accounting team in executing job costing and cost accounting processes to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. They will also ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, collaborating closely with other departments to align accounting practices with business objectives. Minimum Qualifications:
