Job summary

RENOSY by Renters Warehouse in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Manager of Corporate Finance to lead the general accounting function, drive timely financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls.

You will oversee cloud-based GL and property management systems, manage month-end close, supervise a accounting team, collaborate with auditors and senior leadership, and support annual audits and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years progressive accounting experience, 3+ in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cloud-based general ledger and property management systems.
• Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, leases, debt, taxes and payroll.
• Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee new "fix and flip" inventory accounting and related gains/losses.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and transfers for liquidity.
• Lead month-end and year-end close and reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies; train staff.
• Collaborate with auditors and senior leadership; support audits.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
