Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or JDE software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and related reporting.
• Record accruals, journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
• Analyze general ledger activity and investigate accounting variances.
• Track capital projects and manage fixed asset accounting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operating expense reconciliations.
• Support sales tax filings, year-end audits, and tax preparation activities.
