The position requires a CPA/degreed accountant with over a decade of experience, proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel, plus fluency in English and Spanish. On-site work in Miami is required with strong interaction with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 10+ years of total accounting experience.
• ERP systems experience, NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, power query and lookups.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Partner with CFO on strategic initiatives and performance optimization.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and annual planning.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Develop and grow a high-performing accounting team.
• Deliver actionable insights to support executive decisions.
