Job summary

Asbury Management Group, a growing consumer finance company, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the monthly close, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role offers exposure to executive leadership and opportunities to advance toward Controller-level responsibilities.

You will supervise accounting staff, support treasury activities, and participate in audits and lender reporting while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries.
• Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet analyses.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Analyze financial results and variances.
• Support external audits and lender reporting.
