MEJA Construction is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and the month-end close. You will work closely with the finance team and CPA to ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls.

The role emphasizes job-cost accounting, WIP reporting, and system integration across Sage Intacct, Procore, Titanium, and ADP HR. A path toward Controller is expected as the candidate grows with the company.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Construction accounting or project-based accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Procore, Titanium, or comparable systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial close.
• Assist with journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and adjustments.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Support job-cost accounting, WIP reconciliation, and reporting.
• Coordinate data between Sage Intacct, Procore, Titanium, and ADP HR systems.
