Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years progressive accounting or tax experience, 7+ years preferred.
• Experience with multiple legal entities and complex ownership structures.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting activities and financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Evaluate month-end close procedures and implement improvements.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and schedules for accuracy.
• Strengthen financial review processes and standardize accounting practices.
• Manage intercompany transactions and entity-level consolidations.
• Support tax compliance and reporting across diverse ownership structures.
• Prepare or review consolidated information including eliminations.
• Collaborate with external advisors on tax and reporting matters.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve controls.
• Lead and mentor accounting team members; coordinate with stakeholders.
