Job summary

Truity Partners LLC in Neenah, WI is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function while actively managing day-to-day financial activities. The role oversees close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls to ensure accurate reporting and compliant financial statements.

You will partner with finance and other departments, coach the accounting team, support audits, and help implement new accounting standards and process improvements as the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5–6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes and meet deadlines.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals and supporting schedules.
• Oversee general ledger activity for accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Support external audits and maintain accounting documentation.
• Implement and apply new accounting standards and policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy, and controls.
