Job summary

Truity Partners LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead technical accounting, financial reporting, and close processes across the organization. The role focuses on lease accounting, revenue recognition, and complex accounting matters, with exposure to acquisitions and integrations as the company grows.

You will research US GAAP, prepare technical memos, mentor the accounting team, and partner with cross-functional groups globally to drive process improvements and accurate statements.

Qualifications

• Experience with technical accounting and complex GAAP matters.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting.
• Experience with close processes and financial reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical accounting activities, including lease accounting and revenue recognition.
• Research and interpret US GAAP guidance and prepare technical memos.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close and financial reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across global operations.
• Assist with acquisitions-related accounting, integrations, and special projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to accounting staff and drive process improvements.
