Escapology, the global leader in premium escape room experiences, is experiencing immense growth in the manufacturing and installation of game sets and components. With increased production volume at our Connecticut-based facility and through third-party partners, coupled with a growing accounting stream from coordinating franchisee installations, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Accountant to support this high-volume accounting activity.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage accounting processes specific to manufacturing and installation activities.
• Handle complex, high-volume transactional accounting related to internal production, third-party manufacturing, and franchise installation projects.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in cost accounting, revenue recognition, and inventory control.
• Collaborate closely with production teams, third-party vendors, and franchise partners.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support management decision-making.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven accounting experience specifically within manufacturing accounting.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and revenue recognition.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

Location Note:

We prefer candidates located near our Cheshire, CT manufacturing facility, but we are open to candidates based in Orlando, FL, willing to travel regularly (20% estimated) to CT.
