Overview

Position: Area Production Manager (Reverse Division)

Location: US, Remote (west coast time zone preferred)

Position Summary

Oversees all activities related to processing and sales products by performing the following duties personally or through sales leaders, loan officers, and operations team.

Salary

Starting at $60k + bonus per file + full-time benefits

Responsibilities

• Review pipeline for timeliness, COE, loan contingency, etc.
• Work with processors to manage the pipeline to ensure we meet the COE date.
• Review/validate submissions prior to submission.
• Support Sales Team by reviewing scenarios and assisting with structuring loan files, reviewing income, etc.
• Support Loan Officers and production team, resolve or escalate file-level issues if needed.
• Review rush requests and escalate to Reverse Processing Manager if necessary.
• Communicate training needs to the management team.
• Escalate to processing manager if operational staff issues are noticed.
• Review Encompass report for file start date for new files not elevated to PA.
• Review loans in processing that are still floating; coordinate with LO/SM/BM for locks.
• Coordinate rushes for document drawing and funding with corporate management.
• Review suspended or on-hold files by underwriting.
• Meet with LO and/or sales manager to review pipeline as needed.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Loan Officers/Sales Leaders for policy updates.
• Assist new LOs with Quantum questions.
• Request and coordinate extensions for expiring loans.
• Provide input on product strategy and development of new products.
• Establish production and quality control standards.
• Ensure all costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Define responsibilities of organization and staff to meet business objectives.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in operations as a production, processing, or operations manager.
• 3+ years' experience with reverse mortgages.
• Knowledge of FHA Reverse Mortgage Loans.
• Experience with Quantum Reverse.
• Knowledge of federal and state guidelines (RESPA, TILA, HMDA, etc.).

Other Information

This role may require prolonged sitting or standing. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Work authorization: Must verify eligibility to work in the U.S.

Physical demands include lifting up to ten pounds, working in an office setting, and communicating verbally.
