Qualifications

• BA or BS in Accounting/Finance or Business required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience supervising accounting staff.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manages all accounting functions including GL, AR, billing, payroll.
• Develops financial analyses to evaluate profitability and budget performance.
• Ensures 5-day month-end close with staff accountants and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinates annual audit and regulatory filings.
• Manages tax returns and payroll reporting.
