Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Inventory accounting and cost accounting exposure.
• Strong month-end close and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage month end, quarter end, and year end close activities while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting, and account reconciliations to support accurate financial results.
• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger records, and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Support audits, compliance activities, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany transaction reporting.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve processes, enhance reporting, and support business initiatives.
