Job summary

RelaDyne LLC is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Manager to lead key accounting operations, close processes, and ensure accuracy of financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

You will oversee general accounting, manage month-end and year-end closes, review journal entries and reconciliations, and support internal/external reporting while mentoring the accounting team and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement prep.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including GL, payables, receivables, fixed assets, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for accurate, timely reporting.
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances, providing insights to management.
• Support internal and external financial reporting.
• Supervise and develop accounting team members.
• Coordinate audits with internal and external parties.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
