Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• At least 8 years of related accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff management: hiring, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure all monthly and quarterly close deadlines are met.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee GAAP issue research and provide direction on technical matters.
• Manage Balance Sheet & P&L analyses, close & consolidation, and intercompany processes.
• Lead special projects and cross-divisional reporting initiatives.
• Ensure accurate reconciliations and compliance with SOX 404.
