Job summary

Astrana Health, Inc. seeks a Manager – Accounting to lead a team of accountants and own day-to-day accounting operations. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support planning and system improvements.

You will oversee a robust close process, manage internal controls, and work with external auditors while maintaining high standards of integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and healthcare industry insight.
• Proficient in Sage and MS Office; ERP experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and development of a team of accountants.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close and balance sheet analyses.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and SOX controls are followed.
• Coordinate with auditors and SEC filing readiness.
• Support financial planning and system/process improvements.
