PGA TOUR, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager for the TPC network unit at a San Francisco club. You will oversee daily accounting, AP/AR, inventories, fixed assets, and produce statements for club and headquarters.

The role involves journal entries, reconciliations, and cash management, with interaction across departments and leadership. The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000–$110,000, fulltime hours, and comprehensive benefits as part of the PGA TOUR network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred or have a minimum of 3 years of directly related accounting experience in progressively responsible positions

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventories, and work with the fixed assets systems
• Produce financial statements and developer statements for use at the club and Headquarters
• Perform daily accounting functions, including reconciling POS revenues, tax liabilities, COGS, cash and card receipts; recording journal entries and inventory changes
• Maintain member accounts receivable system and communications with members
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash reports and financial statements for leadership review
• Handle monthly reconciliations, depreciation, accruals, intercompany charges, and rolling cash forecasts
