Job summary

Versatile Mold & Design, Inc., a Heico company, seeks an Accounting Manager in Rutledge, GA to lead the general ledger, close processes, and financial reporting. You will oversee AP/AR, vendor and customer records in QuickBooks Online, manage fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements, with GAAP and Excel proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• ERP/MRP systems knowledge, JobBOSS preferred.
• Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and monthly close.
• Oversee AP/AR operations and vendor payments.
• Manage GL structure and financial reporting.
• Maintain QuickBooks Online data and asset records.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Monitor inventory, cycle counts, and backlog tracking.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare internal reports and assist ad hoc requests.
