Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and monthly close processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and vendor/customer data accuracy.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis; support inventory and fixed asset activities.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
