Constructive Loans, LLC is seeking a senior Accounting leader to oversee daily accounting, treasury, and monthly close processes, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting for the organization. The role directs a high-performing team and partners cross-functionally to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.

The position involves coordinating with lenders, regulatory reporting, and audits, while guiding the team to optimize processes and achieve accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years' financial experience, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, and treasury and disbursement management.
• 2+ years' leadership experience and mortgage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing accounting team through hiring, onboarding, and coaching.
• Prepare quarterly operating and cash forecasts and perform financial analyses.
• Oversee daily general ledger posting activities and sales commission processes.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and timely bank reconciliations.
• Document policies and controls to deter fraud and ensure accurate reporting.
• Oversee debt reporting, lender covenant reporting, and consolidated statements when applicable.
• Coordinate with third-party valuation firm for MSR valuations.
• Read and interpret legal agreements to determine accounting treatment.
