Job summary

Vaco is seeking an experienced Manager of Loan Accounting & Cash Management to lead a team of 7 professionals and oversee loan accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and cash operations in Cullman, Alabama.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in loan accounting or treasury, prior leadership, and familiarity with Finastra Loan IQ and GFX; strong internal controls and fraud prevention experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of loan accounting, treasury, cash management, or banking operations experience.
• Prior leadership experience managing accounting or operations teams.
• Experience with Finastra Loan IQ strongly preferred.
• Experience with GFX or similar treasury/cash management systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash controls, fraud prevention, reconciliations, and lending operations.
