Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-state operations.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience managing or leading accounting staff.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month, quarter, and year-end close processes with timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variances.
• Consolidate financial results across locations and entities as needed.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness; maintain internal controls.
• Oversee AP/AR processes and cash management; improve workflows.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, HR, IT, and Sales to support business needs.
• Support external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and insurers.
