Job summary

Ebs Recruiters LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring GAAP-compliant, accurate, and timely financial reporting. The role focuses on close processes, controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage fixed assets, prepare statements, perform analyses, and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA certification or advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities for multiple business entities.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for timely reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for management.
• Support due diligence activities for acquisitions, integrations, or strategic initiatives.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and process improvements.
• Prepare KPIs and management reports to support decision-making.
• Assist with annual financial statement audits and coordinate with auditors.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, legal, and other departments.
