Job summary

MCSgo is seeking an Accounting Manager for a regular full-time role in the United States. You will lead the monthly close, prepare analyses and support management with interim and final statements, ensuring GAAP compliance and a strong internal control environment.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, monthly and year-end reporting, audit support, fixed assets, cash flow reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience in a similar environment.
• CPA is required for this role.
• Five (5) years of relevant general accounting and payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform the monthly closing process including journal entry preparation and approval for the business unit.
• Ensure all accounting is handled in accordance with GAAP.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements.
• Prepare or approve reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, and variance analysis.
• Generate the monthly financial statements and other financial reports for the month-end package.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for the business unit.
• Assist in year-end audit and other finance activities or projects.
