Responsabilidades

• Build the close documentation a new manager hire could follow blind.
• Stand in for the Auburn controller when close cannot wait.
• Ensure GAAP, internal controls, and AL tax regulatory compliance.
• Sit beside the Auburn controller on accruals, deferrals, and journal entries.
• Translate GAAP nuance into practical guidance for the Auburn team.
• Establish the DCF close calendar and ensure ownership to it.
• Price out vendor contracts and surface overlooked savings.
• Prepare board-ready financial packages and executive summaries.
