Job summary

QTS is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead the accounting team, manage the monthly close, and maintain strong internal controls. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support annual audits while driving process improvements.

The role requires significant experience in accounting/financial reporting and management, with responsibility for delivering accurate financial statements and analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Seven or more years in accounting/financial reporting.
• Three or more years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close processes and prepare supporting documentation.
• Review journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls for SOX.
• Manage staff performance, mentoring and development.
• Collaborate with departments for financial analysis and reporting.

Education

BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting
