1st Choice Delivery, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. The role leads daily accounting operations, manages closes, and develops the accounting team across multiple functions.

Working closely with Corporate Accounting and leadership, the position supports budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and integration of acquisitions, including the NetSuite rollout.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Eight+ years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Three+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and close/reporting leadership.
• Excel proficiency to analyze financial data and present findings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical recommendations.
• Leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff across AR, AP, billing.
• Support conversion from QuickBooks to NetSuite, including testing.
• Review GL activity, reconciliations, controls, and reporting workflows.
• Analyze financial statements and partner on budgeting/forecasting.
• Coordinate audit and tax support for acquisitions.
