Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking an Accounting Manager to own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, deliver accurate financial statements, and provide leadership across the accounting team. You will partner with leadership, influence budgeting and forecasting, and manage cash flow while leveraging NetSuite, Shopify, and Avalara to maintain GAAP-compliant records.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Prior experience leading or managing accounting staff.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, along with strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
• Support cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate external audit requirements and assist with income tax filing preparation.
