Job summary

Kepler Computing seeks a hands-on Accounting Manager to own US GAAP accounting and financial reporting for domestic and international operations. You will supervise a lean staff, review routine close work, coach the team, and personally complete the remaining close tasks.

You will manage consolidations, intercompany accounting, FX and translations, and coordinate with auditors and tax advisers. The role emphasizes strong control, accuracy and deadline discipline in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with close and financial reporting.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience with multiple entities and currencies.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge with leases, fixed assets, international consolidations, FX, CTA and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual closes and prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Review staff work, coach staff and complete remaining close tasks.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and audit schedules; support tax filings and compliance.
